Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (NYSE:TMHC), a leading homebuilder and
developer in North America, today announced that Cristina “Cris” Iaboni
has joined the Company as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO),
reporting directly to Sheryl Palmer, Chief Executive Officer.
In her new role, Ms. Iaboni will oversee the human resources function
for the organization. She will be responsible for creating and executing
Taylor Morrison’s human resources strategy to best support the Company’s
long-term growth plans.

Most recently, Ms. Iaboni was SVP and CHRO of BJ’s Wholesale Club, a
large wholesale retailer, where she was brought on by new private equity
owners to lead the human resources transformation of the organization.
Prior to BJ’s, she spent over 11 years at EMCOR Group, Inc., a $5
billion company with 25,000 employees worldwide. During her tenure, Ms.
Iaboni advanced from Director of Human Resources to CHRO, and was
responsible for managing the Human Resources function, with a focus on
developing a cohesive human resources strategy in a decentralized
structure, and building the human resources infrastructure and team.
